I have not written a post in a long time. I just read the intro to [[2020-01-26 Here I Start Writing]] and started laughing. It explains it all. Impulse or not, I'm back to writing. Over the past few year, I've learned a lot about the benefits of simplicity. Having a simple publishing pipeline removes a lot of friction in the creation process. That's true for games, blogs, Instagram, TikTok and every other form of publishing. I finally have a self-hosted publishing pipeline that's simpler than social media!! I've migrated the blog to [Obsidian](https://obsidian.md), my new favorite note app that has a super simple publish feature. Now my notes are one click away from being a blog post! Let's see how this pans out.
